My organization currently uses the work order system for our IT and Maintenance needs version 184.108.40.206. We have a field currently that allows us to add comments to work orders we are assigned to. Those comments are sent as emails to the individual who placed the work order. I am wondering if it is possible in this software to add a second comments section for comments that are not forwarded to our users. An example would be if we are diagnosing a computer issue and need to add a comment that the machine had retained water damage. I would not want my user to see that comment only other technicians who are assigned to it. Is it possible to add another field to store this information and if so how would we go about doing that? Any assistance with this question would be much appreciated!
